Ridejoy Secure Payment
We facilitate secure payments to make everyone's trips easier.
- Passengers pay Ridejoy using their credit card.
- Ridejoy pays the driver with Paypal or check after the ride.
- If passengers don't show up according to the cancellation policy below, the driver still gets paid.
Cancellation Policy
Passengers will not be charged for any booking that is canceled at least 24 hours before 12:00am PST the day of the ride. For example, if your trip departs any time on Wednesday, you MUST cancel by 11:59pm on Monday night.
You can cancel your booking by going to your inbox and selecting the conversation with your driver. You'll find an option to cancel in the top left hand corner of the conversation.
